Famed the world over, Michelin stars are a rating system used in the Michelin Guide to grade restaurants on their quality. The guide was originally developed in 1900 to show French drivers where local amenities such as restaurants and mechanics were, the rating system was first introduced in 1926.

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay - Chelsea
One of just five UK restaurants to hold a coveted three Michelin stars, Gordon Ramsay's flagship restaurant is a model of composure and professionalism. Celeste - Hyde Park Corner
Holding one Michelin star and honouring British heritage and provenance with modern European creativity, Céleste Restaurant takes you on a culinary journey of great flavours and food with a real story. Celeste offers a richly decorated dining room, naturally illuminated during the day by a domed glass roof and softly lit by chandeliers in the evening.
The timing preferred for group bookings is: 12.00 for lunch and 19.00 for dinner. The capacity is 30 for lunch and up to 20 guests for dinner.
William Drabble at Seven Park Place - St James
One Michelin Star
Seven Park Place is one of the smallest Michelin-starred restaurants in the world with an elaborate and attractive décor. Executive Chef William Drabble has held a Michelin star since 2010 and showcases exquisite culinary skill and an elegant creative flair.
The restaurant can accommodate small groups in the main rooms and there are three stunning private Dining Rooms seating 10, 18 and 20 guests respectively.
Seven Park Place is just off St James’s Street. Green Park Tube Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Set right off London's Regent's Park, the elegant building was designed by Regency architect John Nash. The restaurant is spread across three dining areas: the bar, a ground-floor dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a bright basement space overlooking the open-plan kitchen. There is a stunning Private Dining room for up to 24 guests overlooking Regents Park.
The Chequers - Oxford
The Chequers is a rare gem of great British pubs, reputed for their distinctive buildings, intriguing history and vibrant atmosphere. Much of the interior of the pub dates from the 1500s when an old tenement belonging to a moneylender was rebuilt as a tavern. The chequerboard was the symbol of the money-changer.
