Eleven98 @ The Chef's Table
From the former Head Chef of Vanilla Black
comes Eleven98: a Hackney-based social dining experience enjoyed at The Chef's Table and also as
popups at some of the coolest spots across the London borough of Hackney. Proceedings kick off with
a quirky welcome cocktail and serve bespoke multi-course tasting menus, sometimes with drinks
pairings. The truly unique concept of Eleven98 is that they source all of our produce from within
the borough of Hackney! This means that everything plant-based on the menu will have been cultivated
or foraged within a mile or two of where you'll be eating it! Lots of the veg and herbs are grown in
Aidan's own allotment too, and his passion for sustainability and permaculture principles is visible
throughout every aspect of the Eleven98 experience.

Britain on a Plate - with Alexandra
Enjoy a unique experience with Alexandra in her home. Guests are entertained, fed and surprised, leaving with full tummies and big smiles. Guests are welcomed as they would be into a family.....in an informal, warm, relaxed atmosphere where people can kick back and enjoy their meal. Many of Alexandra's recipes are straight from the pages of her great grandmothers cooking notes. She has lived both in Parma, Italy and in London which is reflected in her cooking. Alexandra’s food has been heavily influenced by working alongside some brilliant 3 Michelin starred chefs such as Marco Pierre White with whom she has written three books.

A food and wine matching supper club by Masterchef 2017 semi-finalist Jamie Patterson and Thea Gardner. Jamie is a qualified wine professional with 8 years experience and is an expert in food and wine matching. Ramekins & Wine is more than just dinner. It’s an immersive food and wine experience that teaches, surprises, provokes and entertains - a journey through the world of food and wine as one. You’ll taste various dishes from numerous ramekins and play a game to discover the wines that pair so magnificently.
