Capital Centric offers a personal and bespoke booking service for groups of any size and most budgets and we are totally dedicated to placing restaurant groups across the UK and in Scotland.

Capital Centric was created in March 2009 by Janie Clarke.  For many years Janie worked with a national restaurant group, growing their trade and corporate sales business, working closely with Operators, Chefs and Travel Trade and Corporate clients.
